Cooking Instructions

Into a pot, add Ground Beef (2 lb). Cook until almost done, breaking up with a spoon as you go. Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon of the fat.

Add Onions (1 cup), Celery (1 stalk), Carrot (1), Salt (1 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp). Stir. Cook for 1 minute.

Add Garlic (2 cloves). Cook for 30 seconds.

Add Ketchup (1/2 cup), Canned Diced Tomatoes (2 cups), Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp), Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp), and Red Wine Vinegar (1 Tbsp). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5.
Serve on Hamburger Buns (6) with toppings and sides of choice.
