Step 1
In a food processor, add the sliced Cremini Mushrooms (1.5 lb) . Pulse until finely chopped.
Step 2
In a large skillet, add the Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) , Yellow Onions (1/2 cup) , and Salt and Pepper (to taste) . Saute until onions have softened about 4 minutes.
Step 3
Next, add the mushrooms and Fresh Rosemary (1 Tbsp) and cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the Tomato Paste (1/2 cup) , Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp) , Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (1 dash) , Molasses (1 Tbsp) , Red Wine Vinegar (2 Tbsp) , and stir to combine. Continue to cook until everything is well combined. Turn off heat.
Step 5
For the topping: in a bowl, combine Plain Goat Cheese Log (1 pckg) , Fresh Rosemary (1 Tbsp) , and Honey (1 tsp) . Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Divide the sloppy joes between 4 Brioche (4) . Top the sloppy joes with a dollop of the rosemary honey goat cheese.
