Brush both sides of the Boneless Ribeye Steak (2) with Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) and season one side of the steaks with half the Garlic Pepper (1/2 Tbsp).

Place steaks seasoned side down on super hot cast iron skillet. You might have to cook the steaks separately if they won't both fit in the pan! Season the top side of the steaks with Garlic Pepper (1/2 Tbsp) and use your tongs to pat the seasoning down. Sear for 2 minutes and then give the steak a 1/4 turn.

Rub the top of each steak with Salted Butter (2 Tbsp) then flip the steak. Sear for 4-5 minutes without turning.

Remove and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving with sides of choice.
