In a pan over high heat add half the Oil (1 1/2 tablespoon) and Ground Beef (500 gram).
Season with 1 pinch of Salt (1 pinch). Continue to cook the ground beef until golden brown and dry. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining Oil (1 1/2 tablespoon) to the same pan and toss in the Onion (1/2 cup). Season with another pinch of Salt (1 pinch) to draw out the moisture.
Add in the Red Bell Pepper (1/2 cup) and continue to stir for 2 minutes.
Next, add in the Tomato Sauce (1/2 cup) and mix well. Finally, add the ground beef back into the pan and stir to combine. Cook until the sauce thickens to your liking and you're ready to serve.
