Step 1
In a pan over high heat add half the
Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp)
and
Ground Beef (1.1 lb)
.
Step 2
Season with 1 pinch of
Salt (1 pinch)
. Continue to cook the ground beef until golden brown and dry. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
Add remaining
Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp)
to the same pan and toss in the
Onions (1/2 cup)
. Season with another pinch of
Salt (1 pinch)
to draw out the moisture.
Step 4
Add in the
Red Bell Peppers (1/2 cup)
and continue to stir for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Next, add the
Tomato Sauce (1/2 cup)
and mix well. Finally, add the ground beef back into the pan and stir to combine.
Step 6
Cook until the sauce thickens to your liking and you're ready to serve.
