Step 1
Set your pressure cooker to sauté and Chicken Stock (3/4 cup) , Russet Potatoes (4 1/2 cups) and minced Garlic (2 cloves) . Put the lid on and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Mash a bit, season with Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp) and add Butter (2 Tbsp) . Mix until the butter is melted then add Milk (1/4 cup) , and mash the potatoes until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Serve warm as a side dish.
