Set your pressure cooker to sauté and Chicken Stock (3/4 cup), Russet Potatoes (1.5 lb) and minced Garlic (2 cloves). Put the lid on and cook for 10 minutes.

Mash a bit, season with Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp) and add Butter (2 Tbsp). Mix until the butter is melted then add Milk (1/4 cup), and mash the potatoes until light and fluffy.
step 3
Serve warm as a side dish.
