Step 1
Core and chop the Apples (6) . Put half of the organic apples in a food processor with the Dates (4) , Ground Flaxseed (1/2 Tbsp) , Salt (1 tsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp) , and Vanilla Powder (1 tsp) . Process until well blended.
Step 2
Add rest of organic apples to the mixture. Add Raisins (1/2 cup) , and mix well. Place into dessert dishes, and sprinkle with Ground Cinnamon (to taste) , chopped Walnuts (1/3 cup) , and Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (2 Tbsp) .
Step 3
Serve, and enjoy!
