Combine Cream Cheese (8 ounce), Fresh Crab Meat (6.5 ounce), Milk (1 tablespoon), Onion Flakes (1 tablespoon), Horseradish (1 tablespoon), Salt (1/4 teaspoon), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon) in a medium-size bowl. Mix until well incorporated. Transfer to a small baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and lightly caramelized on the edges.
