Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2.
Pit and slice the Cherries (4 cups) in half. Combine the cherries, Corn Starch (2 Tbsp), juice from Lemon (1), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), and Salt (1 pinch) in a bowl.
3.
Line the pie plate with the Pie Crust (1).
4.
Pour cherry filling and cover with your choice of a full pie crust or lattice work.
5.
Combine the Egg (1) with a tablespoon of water, and brush on the pie crust, sprinkling with Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp).
6.
Bake for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy!
