Cooking Instructions
1.
Wash, clean and devein the Shrimp (2.2 lb).
2.
Blend the Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (1/3 cup), Garlic (7 cloves), Milk (1 cup) in a blender. Add to a stove on low heat with some oil to make the chipotle sauce. Let it cook slowly until it reaches a cinnamon color.
3.
In another pan on low heat melt the Butter (3 Tbsp) and add the shrimp. Add the chili sauce and mix.
4.
Let the sauce reduce and add the Lime (1). Reduce until desired thickness for the sauce.
5.
Serve with white rice and garnish with Fresh Cilantro (6 1/4 cups).
