Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Step 2
Wash and dry the Kale (8 cup) and tear it into large pieces.
Step 3
Place the dried kale in a bowl and toss to coat with Olive Oil (2 tablespoon). Spread it out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Bake until crispy but not burnt, 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, combine the Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Smoked Paprika (1/4 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1/4 teaspoon), Onion Powder (1/4 teaspoon), and the Ground Black Pepper (1/8 teaspoon) in a small bowl.
Step 6
Sprinkle the seasoning over the kale chips. Toss gently with your hands to coat the chips.
Step 7
Serve.
