If Shrimp (1 pound) are frozen, defrost them.
Cut the Corn (1 ear) in half. Add the Beer (12 fluid ounce), Water (3 cup), Onion (1/2), Garlic (1/2 clove), Old Bay® Seasoning (1 tablespoon) and corn into a large pot and simmer for 3 minutes uncovered.
Stir in the shrimp.
Continue cooking for 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
Drain the liquid and serve immediately. Sprinkle on Old Bay® Seasoning (1 tablespoon) and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon). Enjoy!
