Cut the Corn (1 ear) in half. Add the Beer (12 fl oz), Water (3 cups), Onion (1/2), Garlic (1/2 clove), Old Bay® Seasoning (1 Tbsp) and corn into a large pot and simmer for 3 minutes uncovered.
