Step 1
If
Shrimp (1 lb)
are frozen, defrost them.
Step 2
Cut the
Corn (1 ear)
in half. Add the
Beer (12 fl oz)
,
Water (3 cups)
,
Onion (1/2)
,
Garlic (1/2 clove)
,
Old Bay® Seasoning (1 Tbsp)
and corn into a large pot and simmer for 3 minutes uncovered.
Step 3
Stir in the shrimp.
Step 4
Continue cooking for 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
Step 5
Drain the liquid and serve immediately. Sprinkle on
Old Bay® Seasoning (1 Tbsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
. Enjoy!
