Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Chop the
Onion (1)
and
Green Cabbage (1/2 head)

Step 2
To your crock pot, add cabbage, onions,
Tomatoes (1.8 lb)
with juices,
Tomato Paste (3 Tbsp)
,
Balsamic Vinegar (3 Tbsp)
,
Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp)
,
Chicken Broth (3 cups)
,
Salt (1/2 tsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
, and stir together.
Step 3
Set on low and cook for 8 hours or until cabbage is soft.
Step 4
Stir and then ladle into bowls, adding
Yogurt (1 dollop)
or sour cream, if desired.
