Cooking Instructions

Prepare all the ingredients. Chop the Onion (1) and Green Cabbage (1/2 head).

To your crock pot, add cabbage, onions, Tomatoes (4 1/3 cups) with juices, Tomato Paste (3 Tbsp), Balsamic Vinegar (3 Tbsp), Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp), Chicken Broth (3 cups), Salt (1/2 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), and stir together.

Set on low and cook for 8 hours or until cabbage is soft.

Stir and then ladle into bowls, adding Yogurt (1 dollop) or sour cream, if desired.
