Step 1
Dice the
Roma Tomato (1)
and pitch the seeds. I find Roma tomatoes easiest to handle!
Step 2
Add the tomatoes,
Red Onion (1/2)
,
Garlic (1 clove)
,
Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp)
, and
Jalapeño Pepper (1/2)
to a bowl. Mix and set aside.
Step 3
Mash the
Avocados (2)
and combine with juice of a
Lime (1)
,
Ground Cumin (1 tsp)
,
Sea Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Use a sprinkle of both salt and pepper until taste is achieved.
Step 4
Gradually fold in however much of the tomato mix into the avocados. If using
Fresh Crab Meat (8 oz)
mix that in too. Taste for flavor and add whatever you feel you need.
Step 5
For emergency guacamole mix avocados and salsa of choice. Y-U-M. Go eat.
