I hope this combination doesn’t scare you like it first did me. I prefer using Roma tomatoes, red onions, jalapeno peppers, and cumin with a sprinkle of sea salt and black pepper. This combination never fails but this time I added fresh crab meat!

Dice the Roma Tomato (1) and pitch the seeds. I find Roma tomatoes easiest to handle!

Add the tomatoes, Red Onion (1/2), Garlic (1 clove), Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp), and Jalapeño Pepper (1/2) to a bowl. Mix and set aside.

Mash the Avocados (2) and combine with juice of a Lime (1), Ground Cumin (1 tsp), Sea Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Use a sprinkle of both salt and pepper until taste is achieved.

Gradually fold in however much of the tomato mix into the avocados. If using Fresh Crab Meat (8 oz) mix that in too. Taste for flavor and add whatever you feel you need.
