Cut the Baguette (1) into even 1/3-inch slices.
Thaw the Frozen Spinach (1 package). Drain by putting it in to a kitchen towel, then squeezing it.
If using jarred Artichoke Hearts (1 cup), drain the artichokes fully.
Chop the artichokes.
Add the Cream Cheese (1 package), spinach, and artichoke hearts to a bowl and stir to combine.
Add in the Garlic (1 clove) and Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup). Add Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and mix well to create the filling.
Broil the baguette on each side for 1 minute and then add the topping.
Broil for 2 more minutes, then serve.
