Step 1
Cut the
Baguette (1)
into even 1/3-inch slices.
Step 2
Thaw the
Frozen Spinach (1 pckg)
. Drain by putting it in to a kitchen towel, then squeezing it.
Step 3
If using jarred
Artichoke Hearts (1 cup)
, drain the artichokes fully.
Step 4
Chop the artichokes.
Step 5
Add the
Cream Cheese (1 pckg)
, spinach, and artichoke hearts to a bowl and stir to combine.
Step 6
Add in the
Garlic (1 clove)
and
Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup)
. Add
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and mix well to create the filling.
Step 7
Broil the baguette on each side for 1 minute and then add the topping.
Step 8
Broil for 2 more minutes, then serve.
