Cooking Instructions
1.
Start by shredding your Potatoes (1.5 lb) with a food processor and placing it into a bowl. Using a cheesecloth or kitchen towel squeeze the water out and transfer to another bowl.
2.
Add the Egg (1), Onion (1), Kosher Salt (as needed), Ground Black Pepper (as needed), Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Paprika (2 tsp) to the potatoes and mix thoroughly. Add some All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup) and mix.
3.
Brush your waffle iron with some Cooking Oil (as needed). Place a couple of Tbsp of the batter, close, and cook.
4.
Repeat for the rest of your batter. Serve with toppings of your choice such as sour cream and parsley.
