Start by washing and shredding the Potato (5) in a food processor. Squeeze the water out of the potatoes and place in a separate bowl.
Heat Vegetable Oil (4 tablespoon) on medium high heat in a large skillet or pan. Add in the shredded potato. Let it brown for 3-4 minuets and flip to brown the other side for another 3-4 minutes. On the top add Onion (1) and Bell Pepper (1).
Flip again and continue to flip and cook for another 15 minutes or until potatoes are nice and golden brown.
Turn the heat off and season with Salt (to taste), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and Paprika (to taste). Serve.
