Start by washing and shredding the Potatoes (5) in a food processor. Squeeze the water out of the potatoes and place in a separate bowl.

Heat Vegetable Oil (1/4 cup) on medium high heat in a large skillet or pan. Add in the shredded potato. Let it brown for 3-4 minuets and flip to brown the other side for another 3-4 minutes. On the top add Onion (1) and Bell Pepper (1).

Flip again and continue to flip and cook for another 15 minutes or until potatoes are nice and golden brown.
step 4
Turn the heat off and season with Salt (to taste), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and Paprika (to taste). Serve.
