Step 1
Start by washing and shredding the
Potatoes (5)
in a food processor. Squeeze the water out of the potatoes and place in a separate bowl.
Step 2
Heat
Vegetable Oil (1/4 cup)
on medium high heat in a large skillet or pan. Add in the shredded potato. Let it brown for 3-4 minuets and flip to brown the other side for another 3-4 minutes. On the top add
Onion (1)
and
Bell Pepper (1)
.
Step 3
Flip again and continue to flip and cook for another 15 minutes or until potatoes are nice and golden brown.
Step 4
Turn the heat off and season with
Salt (to taste)
,
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and
Paprika (to taste)
. Serve.
