Remove the stems from the Portobello Mushrooms (2 N/A) and scrape the gills out.
Divide the Worcestershire Sauce (1 tablespoon) evenly on the insides of the portobello mushrooms (2) caps. Sprinkle with Steak Seasoning (to taste). Allow to marinate while preheating a grill pan or an outside grill.
Prepare the Hamburger Bun (2) by dividing them in half, then spritzing or brushing them with a bit of olive oil and sprinkling them with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
Grill the Portobello Mushroom (2) until soft and well marked, about 7 minutes per side.
Before serving, add a slice of Cheese (to taste) and allow to melt.
In the last 3 minutes of grilling, toast the insides of the buns until lightly golden.
Serve the burgers on the toasted buns with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
