Step 1
Mix the Ground Lamb (8 oz) , Onion (1) , Fresh Parsley (1 cup) , Salt (1 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1 dash) , and Ground Cinnamon (1 dash) .
Step 2
Grease a 40cm baking dish. Place meat mixture in the baking dish, covering the bottom, and pat down until smooth.
Step 3
In a bowl mix the Water (1 cup) , Distilled White Vinegar (1/2 cup) , Tahini (3/4 cup) , and Lemon Juice (1/4 cup) , and Salt (1 tsp) for the sauce.
Step 4
Pour over the meat and garnish with Pine Nuts (1/2 cup) .
Step 5
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30 minutes, making sure meat is baked through.
Step 6
Serve hot with fresh-cut, oven-baked fries or flatbread. For a lower-carb option, serve with a salad.
