Warmly spiced lamb kofta recipe (a kind of meatball-kebab hybrid) baked in a creamy, lemony tahini sauce served with flatbread.

1/2 Ground Beef
1 Chopped Onion
2 tsp Salt
1 dash Ground Cinnamon
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Distilled White Vinegar
3/4 cup Tahini
1/2 cup Pine Nuts

STEP 1
Mix the Ground Beef (1/2), Onion (1), Fresh Parsley (1 cup), Salt (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 dash), and Ground Cinnamon (1 dash).
STEP 2
Grease a 40cm baking dish. Place meat mixture in the baking dish, covering the bottom, and pat down until smooth.
STEP 3
In a bowl mix the Water (1 cup), Distilled White Vinegar (1/2 cup), Tahini (3/4 cup), and Lemon (1/4 cup) and Salt (1 tsp) for the sauce.
STEP 4
Pour over the meat and garnish with Pine Nuts (1/2 cup).
STEP 5
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30 minutes, making sure meat is baked through.
STEP 6
Serve hot with fresh-cut, oven-baked fries.
