Mix the Ground Lamb (0.5 pound), Onion (1), Fresh Parsley (1 cup), Salt (1 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1 dash), and Ground Cinnamon (1 dash).
Grease a 40cm baking dish. Place meat mixture in the baking dish, covering the bottom, and pat down until smooth.
In a bowl mix the Salt (1 teaspoon), Distilled White Vinegar (1/2 cup), Water (1 cup), and Tahini (3/4 cup), and Lemon Juice (1/4 cup) for the sauce.
Pour over the meat and garnish with Pine Nuts (1/2 cup).
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30 minutes, making sure meat is baked through.
Serve hot with fresh-cut, oven-baked fries or flatbread. For a lower-carb option, serve with a salad.
