Step 1
In your stand mixer bowl add the
Cream (4 cups)
and
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 3/4 cups)
. Beat together on high speed until it reaches a thick consistency but still creamy. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to chill.
Step 2
Preheat your oven to 356 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 3
Cut the
Puff Pastry (1 sheet)
in squares of 5x5 centimeters and place in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Step 4
Place your puff pastry sheets in the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
Step 5
Once the pastries are golden brown remove and set aside to cool.
Step 6
Once cooled down, slice in half horizontally and fill with cream using a piping bag.
Step 7
Lastly dust the tops with
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste)
and you're ready to enjoy.
