In your stand mixer bowl add the
Cream (4 cups)
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 3/4 cups)
. Beat together on high speed until it reaches a thick consistency but still creamy. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge to chill.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Puff Pastry (1 sheet)
in squares of 5x5-cm and place in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Place your puff pastry sheets in the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
Once the pastries are golden brown remove and set aside to cool.
Once cooled down, slice in half horizontally and fill with cream using a piping bag.
Lastly, dust the tops with powdered sugar and you're ready to enjoy.
