Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Prepare charcoal smoker or other grill for indirect cooking at 250-275 degrees F (121-135 degrees C). Use your favorite wood for smoke flavor.
Step 2
Into an aluminum pan, add Pork and Beans (5 cans) , Vidalia Onion (1) , Brown Sugar (1 cup) , Barbecue Sauce (1 cup) , Ketchup (1/2 cup) , Yellow Mustard (2 Tbsp) , Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp) , and Barbecue Rub (1/2 cup) . Gently fold to incorporate the ingredients.
Step 3
Cook uncovered for 2 1/2-3 hours, or until onions are soft and liquid has thickened slightly.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
