Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Prepare charcoal smoker or other grill for indirect cooking at 250-275 degrees F (121-135 degrees C). Use your favorite wood for smoke flavor.
Step 2
Into an aluminum pan, add Pork and Beans (5 can), Vidalia Onion (1), Brown Sugar (1 cup), Barbecue Sauce (1 cup), Ketchup (1/2 cup), Yellow Mustard (2 tablespoon), Worcestershire Sauce (2 tablespoon), and Barbecue Rub (1/2 cup). Gently fold to incorporate the ingredients.
Step 3
Cook uncovered for 2 1/2-3 hours, or until onions are soft and liquid has thickened slightly.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
