Add the Natural Almonds (1 cup), Raw Cashews (1/2 cup), Pecans (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1/3 cup), and Chia Seeds (2 tablespoon) into a food processor. Whizz until they are a rough crumb texture.
Now add in the Dates (2 1/2 cup), Cacao Powder (5 tablespoon), and Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon) and whizz until the dates are mixed through. Next add in the Goji Berries (1/2 cup) and pulse for a few seconds until just mixed through.
Take a large tablespoon of the mixture and press and mould into a ball.
Roll in extra Cacao Powder (to taste) or keep as they are.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
