Step 1
Add the
Raw Almonds (1 cup)

Raw Cashews (1/2 cup)
,
Unsalted Raw Pecans (1/2 cup)
,
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1/3 cup)
, and
Chia Seeds (2 Tbsp)
into a food processor. Whizz until they are a rough crumb texture.
Step 2
Now add in the
Pitted Dates (2 1/2 cups)
,
Cacao Powder (1/3 cup)
, and
Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
and whizz until the dates are mixed through. Next add in the
Goji Berries (1/2 cup)
and pulse for a few seconds until just mixed through.
Step 3
Take a large tablespoon of the mixture and press and mould into a ball.
Step 4
Roll in extra
Cacao Powder (to taste)
or keep as they are.
Step 5
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
