These Easy Homemade Bagels are delicious and chewy. They really satisfy! I served mine with cream cheese and topped with dried scallions and sesame seeds.

Apple Cider Vinegar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Whisk the whites of the Eggs (4) on high with Salt (1/4 tsp) until they form stiff peaks.
In a separate bowl add the Flaxseed Meal (3 Tbsp), Coconut Flour (2 Tbsp), Onion Powder (1 tsp), Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Chia Seeds (1 tsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Baking Powder (1/2 tsp). Mix them thoroughly.
In a small bowl, mix the 4 egg yolks with the Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tsp) and Canola Oil (1 Tbsp) and set aside.
When the egg whites have reached stiff peaks, add the mixed dry ingredients to them and stir to incorporate. Then fold in the egg yolk mixture. Let this rest for 10 minutes.
Spray a bagel pan with non stick spray and spoon in the bagel batter. If desired top with chia seeds, sesame seeds or a large flaky salt like Maldon. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Slice in half and enjoy with cream cheese, butter, or any of your favorite spreads.
Make ahead tip: Mix the dry ingredients up ahead of time and keep extra batches in sandwich baggies ready to go for a quick fix.
