Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Whisk the whites of the
Eggs (4)
on high with
Salt (1/4 tsp)
until they form stiff peaks.
Step 3
In a separate bowl add the
Flaxseed Meal (3 Tbsp)
,
Coconut Flour (2 Tbsp)
,
Onion Powder (1 tsp)
,
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
,
Chia Seeds (1 tsp)
,
Salt (1/2 tsp)
, and
Baking Powder (1/2 tsp)
. Mix them thoroughly.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix the 4 egg yolks with the
Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tsp)
and
Canola Oil (1 Tbsp)
and set aside.
Step 5
When the egg whites have reached stiff peaks, add the mixed dry ingredients to them and stir to incorporate. Then fold in the egg yolk mixture. Let this rest for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Spray a bagel pan with non stick spray and spoon in the bagel batter. If desired top with chia seeds, sesame seeds or a large flaky salt like Maldon. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Slice in half and enjoy with cream cheese, butter, or any of your favorite spreads.
