Step 1
Cut or tear Bread (3 cup) into bite-sized chunks. You can leave the crust on or tear it off, your preference!
Step 2
Add the bread to a large saute pan or cast iron skillet and drizzle with Olive Oil (2 tablespoon). Toss until most of the bread is coated in oil. Sprinkle with Salt (1/8 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Garlic Powder (to taste), and Italian Seasoning (to taste).
