Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a large bowl add the
Semi-Sweet Vegan Chocolate Chips (1 1/3 cups)
Espresso Powder (1 Tbsp)
Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder (3/4 cup)
. Melt the
Vegan Margarine (2 1/2 sticks)
in the microwave and add while hot to the bowl. Whisk until combined.
Granulated Sugar (2 cups)
Dark Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
Kosher Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
Aquafaba (1/2 cup)
to a mixing bowl and beat together.
In another bowl whisk together the
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
to combine. While the mixture is stirring in the mixer pour in the melted chocolate. Blend until smooth. Using a spatula gently fold in the flour mixture in together with the combined chocolate batter.
Pour the batter into a pan lined and greased with parchment paper. Spread the batter all the way to edges. Place into your oven and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and light drop it on a flat surface once or twice. Sprinkle the top with
Sea Salt Flakes (to taste)
. Place back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
Place on a cooling rack and cool for 30 minutes. Remove from the pan, cut and serve.
