Step 1
Mix the
Peanut Butter (1 cup)
with the
Water (3 Tbsp)

Step 2
Add the
Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp)

Honey (1 Tbsp)
, and
Sriracha (2 Tbsp)
. Mix, and set it aside.
Step 3
Season the
Tyson® Chicken Breasts (2)
with
Ground Cumin (1 Tbsp)
,
Sea Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 4
Carefully skewer each tender with a wooden stick, and place the kabob over a microwave-safe bowl.
Step 5
Spray the meat with
Olive Oil Cooking Spray (as needed)
, then cook in a microwave oven for 4 minutes.
Step 6
Check on the chicken to ensure it is not burning, then cook it for another 2-1/2 to 3 minutes.
Step 7
Once the chicken is completely cooked, spice it up with some
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (2 Tbsp)
and serve with the dipping sauce.
