Add your Potato (1) and Water (3/4 cup) into a large microwaveable mug. Cook in a microwave oven for 3-4 min or until the potatoes are tender. Check on it halfway through and stir.

Once cooked drain away the cooking water.

Stir the Bacon (1 slice), Cheddar Cheese (2 Tbsp), Onion Flakes (1 Tbsp) and Corn Starch (2 tsp). The cornstarch will thicken your soup.

Stir in the Chicken Broth (1/2 cup) and Milk (4 Tbsp) and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Place in a microwave oven and cook for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes or until it thickens and all of your ingredients have heated through. Keep an eye on your mug while in the microwave so it doesn’t overcook.
