Add your Potato (1) and Water (3/4 cup) into a large microwaveable mug. Cook in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 3-4 min or until the potatoes are tender. Check on it halfway through and stir.
Once cooked drain away the cooking water.
Stir the Bacon (1 slice), Cheddar Cheese (2 tablespoon), Onion Flakes (1 tablespoon) and Corn Starch (2 teaspoon). The cornstarch will thicken your soup.
Stir in the Chicken Broth (1/2 cup) and Milk (1/4 cup) and season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Place in the Panasonic Microwave Oven and cook for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes or until it thickens and all of your ingredients have heated through. Keep an eye on your mug while in the microwave so it doesn’t overcook.
Serve topped with Sour Cream (to taste) and some more sprinkles of bacon and chives. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
