Cheeseburger Mini Meatloafs

This recipe takes two savory classics and fuses them together to create a guaranteed new family favorite that everyone will love. Beef is combined with breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, and herbs, then topped with classic cheeseburger flavors including ketchup and mustard.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Into a mixing bowl, add Lean Ground Beef (1.1 lb) , Yellow Onion (1/2) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) , Italian Seasoning (2 tsp) , and Breadcrumbs (1 1/2 cups) . Using your hands, mix together until well-combined. Form the meat mixture into a disk shape.

Split into 8 even pieces. Roll each piece in your hands into a rough ball.

Press each meatball into its own cup in a greased mini loaf pan. Press them down to fill out the shape, then even out the surface.

On top of each mini meatloaf, add Ketchup (to taste) and Yellow Mustard (to taste) . Spread over the surface.

Top each mini meatloaf with Cheddar Cheese (to taste) .

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Transfer meatloaves to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease. Serve with your favorite meatloaf sides!
