Into a mixing bowl, add Lean Ground Beef (1.1 lb), Yellow Onion (1/2), Garlic (2 cloves), Egg (1), Italian Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp), and Breadcrumbs (1 1/2 cups). Using your hands, mix together until well-combined. Form the meat mixture into a disk shape.

Split into 8 even pieces. Roll each piece in your hands into a rough ball.

Press each meatball into its own cup in a greased mini loaf pan. Press them down to fill out the shape, then even out the surface.

On top of each mini meatloaf, add Ketchup (to taste) and Yellow Mustard (to taste). Spread over the surface.
