Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Step 2
Into a mixing bowl, add Lean Ground Beef (500 gram), Yellow Onion (1/2), Garlic (2 clove), Egg (1), Italian Herb Seasoning (2 teaspoon), and Breadcrumbs (1 1/2 cup). Using your hands, mix together until well-combined. Form the meat mixture into a disk shape.
Step 3
Cut into 8 even pieces. Roll each piece in your hands into a rough ball.
Step 4
Press each meatball into its own cup in a greased mini loaf pan. Press them down to fill out the shape, then even out the surface.
Step 5
On top of each mini meatloaf, add Ketchup (to taste) and Yellow Mustard (to taste). Spread over the surface.
Step 6
Top each mini meatloaf with Cheddar Cheese (to taste).
Step 7
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Step 8
Transfer meatloaves to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease. Serve with your favorite meatloaf sides!
