Step 1
Add
Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Potato Soup (4 cans)
,
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (4 slices)
,
Milk (4 1/3 cups)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
, and
Fresh Chives (1/4 cup)
in a 6-quart slow cooker.
Step 2
Peel and cut up
White Potatoes (2)
into 1/2-inch pieces and add to the slow cooker. Add
Beer (1 bottle)
for extra flavor. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
Step 3
Add the
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (2 cups)
and stir until melted.
Step 4
Sprinkle with the remaining
Fresh Chives (1/4 cup)
. Add any remaining bacon or your favorite toppings.
