Toast the Walnut (1/4 cup) in a pan over medium heat until warm and fragrant, careful not to burn them. Then set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the toasted almonds, Pancake Mix (1 cup), and a Banana (1).
Continue to mix in Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) along with Water (1 cup). You're looking for a porridge like consistency.
Cook in a buttered non stick skillet over medium low until cakes are done on the bottom and bubbling on the top. Flip. Repeat.
Serve with Butter (to taste) and warm Pure Maple Syrup (to taste). Enjoy!
