Step 1
Toast the Walnuts (1/4 cup) in a pan over medium heat until warm and fragrant, careful not to burn them. Then set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the toasted almonds, Pancake Mix (1 cup) , and a Banana (1) .
Step 3
Continue to mix in Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) along with Water (1 cup) . You're looking for a porridge like consistency.
Step 4
Cook in a buttered non stick skillet over medium low until cakes are done on the bottom and bubbling on the top. Flip. Repeat.
Step 5
Serve with Butter (to taste) and warm Pure Maple Syrup (to taste) . Enjoy!
