In a food processor or with a hand mixer, blend Cream Cheese (6 ounce), Sour Cream (1/4 cup), Red Onion (3 tablespoon), Lime (1/2), Salt (1/4 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/8 teaspoon), and Tobiko Caviar (3/4 cup).
Add the Scallion (1 tablespoon) and mix.
Slice open the Bagel (1) and toast to a nice crunchy texture. Spread the tobiko cream cheese on both faces of the bagel.
On bottom half of bagel, place Arugula (1/2 cup) on top of the tobiko cream cheese, and then nicely place the Smoked Salmon (2 slice) over the arugula.
Place Cucumber (1) over the smoked salmon.
Bring everything together and enjoy!
