Step 1
In a food processor or with a hand mixer, blend
Cream Cheese (3/4 cup)
,
Sour Cream (1/4 cup)
,
Red Onions (3 Tbsp)
,
Lime (1/2)
,
Salt (1/4 tsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/8 tsp)
, and
Tobiko Caviar (3/4 cup)
.
Step 2
Add the
Scallions (1 Tbsp)
and mix.
Step 3
Slice open the
Bagel (1)
and toast to a nice crunchy texture. Spread the tobiko cream cheese on both faces of the bagel.
Step 4
On bottom half of bagel, place
Arugula (1/2 cup)
on top of the tobiko cream cheese, and then nicely place the
Smoked Salmon (2 slices)
over the arugula.
Step 5
Place
Cucumber (1)
over the smoked salmon.
Step 6
Bring everything together and enjoy!
