Cooking Instructions

Heat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2.
Stir together the Condensed French Onion Soup (1 cup), Ketchup (4 Tbsp), and Honey Mustard (4 Tbsp) in a medium bowl.
3.
Thoroughly mix the Lean Ground Beef (1.5 lb), Breadcrumbs (1 cup), Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) and 1/4 cup of the soup mixture in a large bowl.
4.
Season the beef mixture as desired.
5.
Shape the beef mixture into 6 mini meatloaves.
6.
Place the mini meatloaves into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Pour the remaining soup over the meatloaves.
7.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the meatloaves are cooked through.
