Place 1% Low Fat Milk (2 tablespoon), Sour Cream (1/4 cup), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon) in the blender.
Step 2
Add in Cauliflower (1 head), Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup) and Kosher Salt (1/2 teaspoon), and secure lid.
Step 3
Blend until smooth.
Step 4
