Slice the Baby Bella Mushroom (8 ounce).
Melt Butter (2 tablespoon) in a large frying pan.
Chop the Onion (2 tablespoon), mince the Garlic (1 clove) and add along with baby bella mushrooms. Cook until onions are soft.
Blend in All-Purpose Flour (2 tablespoon) and stir.
Add in the Swanson® Chicken Broth (2 cup) and heat until slightly thickened while stirring frequently.
Mix in Light Cream (1 cup), Ground Nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), and Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
Heat to thicken while stirring frequently. Serve and enjoy.
