Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Slice the Baby Bella Mushrooms (8 oz) .
Step 2
Melt Butter (2 Tbsp) in a large frying pan.
Step 3
Chop the Onions (2 Tbsp) , mince the Garlic (1 clove) and add along with baby bella mushrooms. Cook until onions are soft.
Step 4
Blend in All-Purpose Flour (2 Tbsp) and stir.
Step 5
Add in the Swanson® Chicken Broth (2 cups) and heat until slightly thickened while stirring frequently.
Step 6
Mix in Light Cream (1 cup) , Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp) , Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) , and Salt (1/2 tsp) .
Step 7
Heat to thicken while stirring frequently. Serve and enjoy.
