This wonderful Greek combination of yoghurt, cucumbers, garlic, and spices goes well with just about anything.

Greek Yogurt

English Cucumber

Salt

Garlic
, minced
or 3 tbsp garlic puree
•

Fresh Dill
, chopped
or 3 tbsp dry

Tbsp
Tahini
•

Tbsp
Olive Oil
•
1/2
Lemon
, juiced

as needed
Ground Black Pepper
Cooking Instructions
1.
Juice the Lemon (1/2).
2.
Chop the Fresh Dill (2 Tbsp).
3.
Mince the Garlic (2 cloves).
4.
Chop the English Cucumber (1) and leave unpeeled.
5.
Toss the chopped cucumber with Salt (1 tsp). Let drain for a few minutes, or strain in a cheese cloth.
6.
While cucumbers are straining, mix the Greek Yogurt (2 cups), lemon juice, Tahini (1 Tbsp), Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Ground Black Pepper (as needed), and Salt (as needed) in a bowl.
7.
Pat the cucumber dry with paper towel, then add it to the yoghurt mix.
8.
Serve with grilled pita, meat, and vegetables. Enjoy!
