Whisk together all ingredients Mayonnaise (3/4 cup), Sour Cream (2 tablespoon), Fresh Dill (2 tablespoon), Dijon Mustard (1 1/2 tablespoon), Lemon Juice (2 teaspoon), Capers (2 teaspoon), Granulated Sugar (3/4 teaspoon), Fresh Turmeric (1/4 teaspoon), Ground White Pepper (2 pinch), and Sea Salt (1 pinch) in a small bowl.
Step 2
Cover and chill for 10 minutes to allow sugar to dissolve and flavors to meld. Serve garnished with additional fresh dill.
