Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Cut the lid off the top of the Bread Roll (1). Scoop out the bread from the center of the bread roll.
Cut the Ham (1 slice) to size and press it in so it covers the bottom of the bread roll.
Crack the Egg (1) into it.
Add on top a little bit of Cheese (to taste) and chopped Fresh Parsley (to taste). Pop the lid on.
Wrap the whole bread roll in a little bit of foil. Pop it into a baking tray and bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes if you want a nicely soft yolk. Bake for 15 to 20 minuts if you prefer the egg to be firmer.
Carefully take out from the oven and serve.
