Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Cut the lid off the top of the
Bread Roll (1)
. Scoop out the bread from the center of the bread roll.
Step 2
Cut the
Ham (1 slice)
to size and press it in so it covers the bottom of the bread roll.
Step 3
Crack the
Egg (1)
into it.
Step 4
Add on top a little bit of
Cheese (to taste)
and chopped
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
. Pop the lid on.
Step 5
Wrap the whole bread roll in a little bit of foil. Pop it into a baking tray and bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes if you want a nicely soft yolk. Bake for 15 to 20 minuts if you prefer the egg to be firmer.
Step 6
Carefully take out from the oven and serve.
