Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a bowl, mix the
Moroccan Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp)
and
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
until combined.
Step 2
Slice the
Lamb (10.5 oz)
into small pieces and pour the spice mixture on top. Using clean hands to mix it together and set aside.
Step 3
Cut the
Sweet Potatoes (1 1/3 cups)
into small strips. Add a little bit of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry for a few minutes until the sweet potatoes become nice and tender. Transfer and set aside for a moment.
Step 4
Cook the lamb in batches, cook each side for about 1 minute.
Step 5
In a bowl, add the
Self-Rising Flour (1 1/2 cups)
with the
Natural Unflavored Yogurt (1 cup)
, and season with a little
Salt (to taste)
.
Step 6
Using a round bladed knife to make cutting motions through the mixture in all directions, until the dough comes together. It should be nice and soft but not sticky.
Step 7
Put a little bit of flour on the counter and knead the dough for a couple of minutes until it becomes nice and elastic. Using a rolling pin to roll the dough until you get a nice big circle.
Step 8
Lay it in the baking tray and spread your favorite
Pizza Sauce (2 Tbsp)
on top. Put a layer of
Fresh Baby Spinach (1 cup)
on top, followed by sweet potatoes, lamb,
Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup)
, and
Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup)
.
Step 9
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 10
Carefully remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
