Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a measuring cup mix
Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
,
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
,
Onion Powder (1 tsp)
, and
Dried Mixed Herbs (1/2 Tbsp)
. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and mix well together.
Step 3
Chop the
Potatoes (2 lb)
into little pieces and partially cook them. You can boil them on the stove for 5 to 10 minutes until they are still firm and not cooked through yet.
Step 4
In a roasting pan, line with non-stick baking paper and put the partially cooked potatoes on the pan. Drizzle the mixed seasoning over them and mix well with a wooden spoon.
Step 5
Put it into the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour or until they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
