Cooking Instructions
1.
Place Chickpeas (2 cups) in a food processor.

Add Tahini (3 Tbsp), Jarred Roasted Red Peppers (3/4 cup), Sea Salt (as needed), Ground Cumin (as needed), Cayenne Pepper (as needed), juice from Lemon (1), Garlic (2 cloves) and barbàra Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp).

Pulse one minute, then pause and scrape down the sides of the processor. Continue to process on low speed until smooth.
4.
Place hummus in a bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
5.
Serve with fresh veggies or pita chips. Enjoy!
