Cooking InstructionsHide images
step 1
In a mixing bowl, add Philadelphia Original Soft Cheese (1 cup), Eggs (8), and Butter (1/4 cup).
step 2
Using a mixer, mix for about 4 to 5 minutes, or until everything is combined with no lumps left.
step 3
Once its smooth, add the Protein Powder (2 scoops) of your choice. Mix until everything is combined.
step 4
Pour the batter over a non-stick pan and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes or when bubbles start forming on the middle. Carefully flip the pancake over and let that side cook for another 2 minutes.
step 5
Cook the rest of the pancakes with the same method. Top with Sugar-Free Maple Syrup (to taste) before serving.
