Step 1
Mince the
Garlic (1 clove)

In a medium bowl, combine
Balsamic Vinegar (1 cup)
, Minced Garlic,
Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
and
Dried Rosemary (1 tsp)
.
Step 3
Make parallel, shallow cuts in to the
Tyson® Chicken Breasts (1 lb)
. This allows the meat to absorb the marinade better.
Step 4
Marinate overnight.
Step 5
Fry in a pan with a bit of Oil for about two and a half minutes on each side.
Step 6
Remove from pan. Add
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and serve with salad.
