Mince the Garlic (1 clove).
In a medium bowl, combine Balsamic Vinegar (1 cup), Minced Garlic, Olive Oil (1/4 cup) and Dried Rosemary (1 teaspoon).
Make parallel, shallow cuts in to the Chicken Tenders (1 pound). This allows the meat to absorb the marinade better.
Fry in a pan with a bit of Oil for about two and a half minutes on each side.
Remove from pan. Add Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and serve with salad.
