Cut Green Cabbage (1/4) into thin strips.
Add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (4 tablespoon) to a heated pan.
Grate in Garlic (3 clove) and add in Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 pinch).
Saute for a few seconds.
Add cabbage first and saute for 4 to 5 minutes. Then add Pea Shoots (2 handful). Sprinkle some water on top of the pea shoots to create some steam to allow the pea shoots to wilt easier.
Cover for 3 minutes or until the pea shoots just begin to wilt. Once the pea shoots have wilted, add the Frozen Green Peas (1 handful).
Mix well and season with Salt and Pepper (to taste). Add Fresh Dill (1 handful).
Plate and juice the Lemon (1/2) over the top.
With your hands crumble the Feta Cheese (to taste) on top.
