Step 1
Cut
Green Cabbage (1/4)
into thin strips.
Step 2
Add
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
to a heated pan.
Step 3
Grate in
Garlic (3 cloves)
and add in
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 pinch)
.
Step 4
Saute for a few seconds.
Step 5
Add cabbage first and saute for 4 to 5 minutes. Then add
Pea Shoots (2 handfuls)
. Sprinkle some water on top of the pea shoots to create some steam to allow the pea shoots to wilt easier.
Step 6
Cover for 3 minutes or until the pea shoots just begin to wilt. Once the pea shoots have wilted, add the
Frozen Green Peas (1 handful)
.
Step 7
Mix well and season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Add
Fresh Dill (1 handful)
.
Step 8
Plate and juice the
Lemon (1/2)
over the top.
Step 9
With your hands crumble the
Feta Cheese (to taste)
on top.
