Preheat oven at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, Cream Cheese (12 ounce), Butter (1/4 cup), Olive Oil (1/4 cup), Heavy Cream (1/4 cup), Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon), and Stevia (1 pinch). Using a mixer, start mixing on low. Once the lumps from the cream cheese disappear, turn the mixer to a faster speed.
Slowly add the Egg (4) into the cream cheese mixture. Keep mixing for another 2 to 3 minutes or until everything is well-combined.
Sift the Unflavored Protein Powder (1 2/3 cup), Xanthan Gum (1 teaspoon), Cream of Tartar (1/4 teaspoon), Baking Powder (2 1/2 teaspoon), and Baking Soda (1/3 teaspoon) into the cream cheese mixture. Using a spoon or a spatula, carefully fold the mixture until everything is well-combined.
Place the mixture in a baking pan lined with nonstick parchment paper.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Once done, carefully take it out of the baking tray and place it on a wire rack. Let it cool completely for 60 minutes.
Slice with a bread knife to serve.
