Step 1
Preheat oven at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Step 2
In a mixing bowl,
Cream Cheese (1 1/2 cups)

Butter (1/4 cup)

Olive Oil (1/4 cup)

Heavy Cream (1/4 cup)

Sea Salt (1/2 tsp)

Stevia (1 pinch)
. Using a mixer, start mixing on low. Once the lumps from the cream cheese disappear, turn the mixer to a faster speed.
Step 3
Slowly add the
Eggs (4)
into the cream cheese mixture. Keep mixing for another 2 to 3 minutes or until everything is well-combined.
Step 4
Sift the
Unflavored Protein Powder (1 2/3 cups)
,
Xanthan Gum (1 tsp)
,
Cream of Tartar (1/4 tsp)
,
Baking Powder (1 Tbsp)
, and
Baking Soda (1/4 tsp)
into the cream cheese mixture. Using a spoon or a spatula, carefully fold the mixture until everything is well-combined.
Step 5
Place the mixture in a baking pan lined with nonstick parchment paper.
Step 6
Bake for 45 minutes.
Step 7
Once done, carefully take it out of the baking tray and place it on a wire rack. Let it cool completely for 60 minutes.
Step 8
Slice with a bread knife to serve.
