Step 1
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Using a mixer, mix the
Eggs (7)
on high for 2 minutes, or until completely combined.
Step 3
Add
Butter (1/2 cup)
and
Coconut Oil (1 fl oz)
. Mix for a minute or until everything is combined.
Step 4
Add
Almond Flour (1 2/3 cups)
,
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
,
Xanthan Gum (1/2 tsp)
, and
Salt (1/2 tsp)
. Mix until everything is combined.
Step 5
Place the mixture into a loaf pan lined with nonstick parchment paper. Smooth it out with a spatula.
Step 6
Bake for 45 minutes.
Step 7
Remove the bread from the pan and let cool for an hour on a wire rack.
Step 8
Slice with a bread knife, and eat with your favorite toppings and spreads!
