Preheat oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Using a mixer, mix the Egg (7) on high for 2 minutes, or until completely combined.
Add Butter (1/2 cup) and Coconut Oil (1 fluid ounce). Mix for a minute or until everything is combined.
Add Almond Flour (7 ounce), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), Xanthan Gum (1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (1/2 teaspoon). Mix until everything is combined.
Place the mixture into a loaf pan lined with nonstick parchment paper. Smooth it out with a spatula.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the bread from the pan and let cool for an hour on a wire rack.
Slice with a bread knife, and eat with your favorite toppings and spreads!
