Preheat your pressure cooker to 365 degrees F (185 degrees C).
Once heated, add
Butter (3 Tbsp)
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
to the pot. Once melted, add
Celery (2 stalks)
and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes or until onions start becoming translucent.
Garlic (2 cloves)
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp)
Kosher Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
Sofrito Sauce (1/4 cup)
. Stir to combine.
Dry Great Northern Beans (1 cup)
Water (3 cups)
. Stir, then add
Bay Leaf (1)
Smoked Turkey Leg (1)
. Cover with the lid. Pressure cook with the pressure on high for 45 minutes.
Let it sit for an additional 10 minutes afterward before releasing the pressure. Remove the bay leaf and pull the turkey off the bone in the pot.
Plate and serve with sides of choice. I served mine with some cornbread.
