Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a microwave-safe bowl, add in the Butter (1/2 cup). Break into pieces the 70% Dark Chocolate (60 gram) and add it into the bowl as well. Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave on high. In 30 second intervals, check if the mixture is melted and stir. Repeat until completely combined.
In a bowl, using any mixer, add in your butter and chocolate mixture. Make sure the mixture is room temperature otherwise it will cook the eggs. Add in the Stevia (1 1/2 tablespoon), Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon), Egg (2), Baking Powder (1/2 teaspoon). Mix until completely combined.
Add in Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup) and Almond Flour (1/2 cup). Do not over mix- mix only until it is just fully combined.
In a baking pan lined with non-stick partchment paper, place in the brownie mixture and, with a spatula, spread it evenly through the pan.
Bake for about 22 minutes, or until when you stick a toothpick into the batter it comes out dry.
Let it cool, then cut into squares and enjoy!
